Creation and Usage
The name Conti refers to one of the most famous billiard players of all times: Roger Conti (1900 - 1992). The legendary Frenchman did not only take a great part in developing the classic disciplines like Free Game and Balkline, but also laid the foundations for a calculation system for the Three Cushion game, which became more sophisticated as decades passed and which almost any better three cushion player tackles during his development. Using this system especially around solutions - bank shots as well as playing off B 2 - can be calculated. It requires intensive study and knowledge about the tricky zones with the respective corrections. For players who start using systems, it is especially important to approach it step by step in order to avoid confusion. First, you should be able to manage the calculation for three rails before dealing with the fourth rail, where track shifts must be considered.
