Straight Draw Shot
The following chapter is very important, not by the number of pages, but by its crucial aspect in the game. You will see that a great deal of shots depend on BACKWARD ROTATION. When you started billiards, you could achieve natural shots, but it will take several sessions to master this rotation on the cueball and make these shots.
The draw shot is the opposite of the natural shot. The rotation of ball 1 is reversed. We place the tip very low on our cueball to achieve this rotation, which doesn't last forever because, the longer the distance between balls 1 and 2, the more ball 1 tends to lose its backward rotation to return to natural rotation.
